Sharon Malcolm was crowned British Hairdressing Awards Northern Ireland Hairdresser of the Year 2014 and again in 2019. This makes her the most successful female hairdresser in Northern Ireland and the first female to win Northern Ireland Hairdresser of the Year twice. As a Schwarzkopf Professional Ambassador, Sharon is in high demand for her long hair and bridal hair education and collections of her beautiful wearable hair has appeared in magazines across the world.
Opening her eponymous salon in October 2000 in her hometown of Newtownards, Northern Ireland, Sharon’s aim was to create a real ‘Five-Star’ salon experience. Since then Sharon Malcolm Hairdressing has grown into a highly renowned and award winning salon. The first awarded the Best Independent Salon and Business Newcomer at the 2002 British Hairdressing Business Awards, since then the salon has received many awards including Best Customer Service, Best for Training and Development and Best Regional Salon from the highly regarded HAIR Magazine. In addition the salon was recognized for Customer Care at the Schwarzkopf Irish Hairdressing Business Awards.
